How 3 Crooked Cons Bullied Americans Into Canceling Red Meat (and going vegan).
I made this video to add insight, broaden perspective, and explore the nuance of why Americans have a "thing" about red meat. Perhaps, it's no accident why.

The Tavistock Institute determined that they could convince certain people to give up the thing that most humans love the most-- meat-- in exchange for virtue signaling. This way they could save money feeding those people. Then they took it further, so that now they charge the vegans MORE for their CHEAPER FOOD so that they can feel more important than us meat eaters LOL. They invented this around 100 years ago, when they gave women the right to vote because they can be controlled trough virtue signaling more easily than men. These days, the Tavistock Institute is into convincing people to sterilize themselves through means you can suss out for yourself.

What I am missing are points why these are bad. Yes, they are industrial products, yes, compared to Olive Oil, they are not good. BUT, are they unhealthy? It's not helpful because I can't put standard olive oil on my bread because it is so intense.

@NoLabCoatRequired I think you should take a deeper look at sesame oil, it's processed just like olive oil and avocado oils can be. Yes, it's a seed oil but (quality ones) are cold pressed and prized for the strong aroma and flavor.

I cant believe people are seriously fighting over who eats what. Stay in yo god damn lane. dont eat meat? OK . Eat meat? OK . Jesus Christ people love feeling important, even if it's for the wrong reasons. They'll scream morality and what not, but they themselves SUCK as people greatly, only being accepted by their weird group of misfits. Its so depressing we fight between us for such absolutely dumb reasons. Imagine if vegans used this energy to fight the big corporations so they implement better healthier practices. No, its easier to scream at random people and feel important. Pathetic human beings

This is what started me down the rabbit hole. Now I ignore 90% of food fundies. Now I use no sugar, eat only between 11:00 and 18:00 and eat fruit in season in my area, minimize seed oil use. I eat meat with fat, get 80% of my veggies from my veggie patches and use salt. I have strange veggie patch growing and harvesting methods. In nature taking a giraffe as an example, it eats on a tree, then moves up wind to the next tree. The reason for this is that the tree releases tannin and oxalates into it's leafs making it taste horrible. The tree and plants release these chemicals to protect itself and "talk" to one another via the wind. So I grow and harvest is a spread out method, with keeping the wind in mind, then give the plants time to recover from my interference.

I submit that it's the "Joker syndrome" as in the first "Batman" movie. We consume an indeterminate number of concentrated "natural" and manmade chemicals in our foods, or food-like products. Then, we inhale or otherwise come into contact with an unknown number of adverse chemicals just being alive. I think sodium is simply the convenient scapegoat to coverup how we're being victimized by those companies who have control of our food supply because every food additive is tested for comsumption in isolation, as if that particular food additive is the only one being put into any and all processed foods. But, speaking of electrolites. If you think it's difficult or impossible to know the body's requirement for sodium, take a look at "magnesium" and its place in regulating the human body. They don't know how much is required daily because magnesium is involved in over 360 operational processes and it can actually replace other electrolytes in function. We are all most likely deficit in magnesium. Great video.
